               Peanut Butter Fudge 



Ingredients



  • 1 cup  Ghiradelli chocolate chips

  • 1 can Condensed  sweetened milk 14 ounce

  • ¾ cup Peanut butter


  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  •  I use a dash of Pink Himalayan salt  you don't have to it is up to you 


  •  What you will need 

  1.  wire whisk

  2.  sauce pan

  3.  8 in square brownie pan

  4. Parchment paper 

  5. Saran Wrap


 Cooking Instructions 

In your saucepan put your Ghirardelli's Chocolate, your sweetened condensed milk, your peanut butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla, on low to medium heat, stirring continuously until everything is melted and slightly bubbly. Do not stop stirring. It can easily  scorch.  Once everything is melted and smooth, dump it into your 8 in a pan. Let cool once it's cool, cover it with Saran Wrap make sure you put the Saran Wrap inside the pan directly on top of the fudge so there's no air. when ready cut eat and enjoy

Instructions

  1. Line a  8-inch square pan with parchment paper, so that it covers the bottom and sides of the pan.

  2. If you want thicker pieces of fudge you can use a  loaf pan to make the squares on the thicker side. I use a  8-inch square pan that will keep the squats and it will yield thinner pieces.
