Peppermint candy canes
Ghirardelli's milk chocolate chips
Vanilla Marshmallow Bits ( not miniature marshmallows )
Directions
Part 1: Preparing the cups
Place mini cups On a cookie sheet Take a pair of scissors and slit down one side of each cup take a small piece of tape and tape it to hold it closed.
In a microwave safe Bowl Melt the Ghirardelli's chocolate chips make sure not to Scorch the chocolate. Put two to two and a half tablespoons of chocolate in each cup and swirl it around covering the hole inside of the cup top bottom all the way up to the rim.
After chocolate hardens add one pack of hot cocoa mix per cup one to two tablespoons of marshmallow bits And place one candy cane in the middle of each cup.
Crush a few candy canes into itty bitty pieces . Melt more Ghirardelli chocolate chips and cover the cocoa and marshmallows with the chocolate holding the candy cane in the middle straight up as a handle before the chocolate melts, sprinkle the crushed pieces of candy cane and let sit until fully cooled and solid to the touch.
Part 2: Preparing Hot Chocolate Dunkers
Place hot chocolate dunker in a mug; add 1 cup warm milk and stir using the candy cane handle until dissolved. ENJOY
